This page sets out all the rules for using 777bet's services, including account management, claiming bonuses, and payment terms.

1 General Rules
1.1 777bet is an online gaming platform offering sports betting, casino games, and live casino services. By using this platform, you acknowledge that you are aware of the applicable laws of Bangladesh and that you are using this service at your own responsibility.
1.2 These terms and conditions may be available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any difference in interpretation, the original version shall apply.
1.3 777bet reserves the right to change, amend, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
1.4 If any person disagrees with any section of these terms and conditions, they are requested to stop using the service immediately and close their account.
2 Account Registration
2.1 Each individual is permitted to open only one account on 777bet. If the same person operates multiple accounts, 777bet has the right to cancel all such accounts and withhold any remaining balances.
2.2 It is mandatory to provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration — including full name, date of birth, mobile number, and an active email address. Accounts created with false information will be identified during the verification process and permanently closed.
2.3 It is your own responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. 777bet will not be liable for any transactions made if an unauthorised third party gains access to your account.
2.4 If any registered account information changes (such as mobile number or email), the support team must be notified immediately.
2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)
777bet may request documents for identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal or at any time it deems necessary — these may include a national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
3 Age Verification
3.1 All 777bet services are for individuals aged 21 or above only. Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from opening an account or taking part in any gaming activity.
3.2 777bet may request proof of age at any time. If an account holder is confirmed to be under 21, funds deposited into that account may not be returned and the account will be permanently closed.
3.3 Guardians also bear some responsibility for keeping minors away from gambling. If there are minors in your household, you are advised to use parental control software on your devices.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals on 777bet are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other designated banks).
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500.
4.3 Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, verification processes or technical reasons may cause delays in some cases.
4.4 Deposits and withdrawals may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be cancelled.
4.5 Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement attached to that bonus has been met. See the bonus section below for details.
4.6 Currency
All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not supported.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 777bet offers various bonuses and promotions that are subject to specific conditions. Each offer has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and eligibility criteria.
5.2 Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, wagering equal to 15 times the bonus must be completed. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, and ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in wagering is required before withdrawal.
5.3 When claiming a bonus, it should not be treated as free cash. Every bonus comes with wagering requirements, and the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
5.4 Other available offers include weekly reload rewards, Friday special offers, slot adventure bonuses, birthday rewards, and referral rewards. The specific terms for each offer are stated in that offer's description.
5.5 777bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, change its terms, or cancel a bonus if fraudulent activity is detected.

6 Gaming Rules
6.1 All bets and gaming activities must be conducted fairly. Any form of cheating, software-assisted automation, collusion, or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Users must ensure all details are correct at the time of placing a bet.
6.3 If a technical error causes an abnormal outcome in a game (such as an incorrect payout or a missing bet), 777bet reserves the right to cancel or correct that transaction.
6.4 For sports betting, if an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with 777bet's established rules.
6.5 Under the VIP programme, weekly cashback is available at three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Detailed cashback terms are available in the VIP section.
7 Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 777bet may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Providing false or incomplete registration information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
- Using third-party payment methods
- Suspicion of money laundering or unlawful financial activity
- Any serious breach of the terms of service
7.2 A user may also request permanent closure of their own account at any time. Such a request must be submitted through the support team.
7.3 In the event of account suspension or closure, 777bet will make a decision regarding any applicable balance and inform the user accordingly.
8 Privacy and Security
8.1 777bet places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. All data is kept secure through SSL encryption and other security measures.

8.4 777bet will never ask for your password or OTP via email or phone. If anyone claims to be from 777bet and requests such information, it is fraudulent and the support team should be informed immediately.
9 Responsible Gaming

9.3 If you notice signs of gaming addiction or have difficulty controlling yourself, contact the support team immediately. 777bet offers a self-exclusion facility through which an account can be voluntarily suspended for a set period.
9.4 Never bet with borrowed money or funds you cannot afford to lose. Participating on this platform means you are voluntarily and knowingly accepting the possible financial risk involved.
10 Limitation of Liability
10.1 Under no circumstances will 777bet be liable for the following:
- Any loss caused by an internet connection failure
- Technical errors from third-party game providers
- Account information being compromised due to a user's own negligence
- Temporary service interruptions due to external causes
10.2 Game outcomes are entirely dependent on a Random Number Generator (RNG). 777bet does not guarantee any specific winning outcome.
10.3 777bet may make changes to its services at any time, remove specific games or markets, or temporarily suspend the service. 777bet is not liable for any user loss arising from such actions.
11 Changes and Amendments
11.1 777bet may update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be given via the registered email address or on the site.
11.2 Continued use of the service after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
